The house location is great. A very good selection of kitchen equipment. On reflection we would have preferred a dishwasher, but recognise the space limitation. Good internet.

We had to arrive later than planned, and locating and entering the code into the ground level key box on wet concrete by the illumination of a mobile phone is not fun. Somewhere higher and with some street illumination? We did not get confirmation of key code until about 10 am on the day of travel. I had left email message and called the contact mobile number the day before and earlier that morning- but no response. Given we were already partly travelled this was a cause of concern and backup plans were beginning to be hatched. The shower head could not be fixed into position. There was no light bulb in the floor lamp near the kitchen door and no spare. A 13A to two pin connector would be a useful addition in the spare for powering shaver and toothbrush. The street car parking was manageable, but annoying. One of our party runs a let, and thought the cleanliness was not quite up to her standards.

The house was in a great location, easy to get to from the railway station. The house was comfortable and the kitchen in particular, was well set out and well stocked.

The towels were a bit tired. The interior door handles were difficult to open. The shower head could do with being replaced.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, convenient location, supermarket (and also several good pubs!) within walking distance

Couldn't workout how to open the bathroom skylight; some means of drying clothes outside would have been particularly helpful as weather was showery when I was there.

A perfectly sized cottage incredibly handy for the market square - and the buses. Pleasant decor, and a really lovely little living room.

Unfortunately there were a string of minor issues - the worst being a leaky pipe in the bathroom. We had to turn off an isolator valve to stop it causing major issues. There was also a missing bin which we had to ask about and the cooker and fridge were both a bit fiddly to get to the right temperature. Our host was reassuring, but on balance I think it might have been better to arrange a plumber.
