We had an amazing time in Philidelphia and staying at the Ledger was key- it was literally near everything we wanted to see, a secure building that had secure parking which was a top prioroty for us. We didn't need to use our vehicle the entire stay! The loft unit we stayed in was clean, it was lovely place to be able to pop in and out of throughout the day, to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo in our unit saved lots of money as we were traveling with a baby. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We would have appreciated extra bath towels, paper towels, dish towels, blankets, and coffee pods during our 3 day stay. The conceirge were all very accomodating when we asked but we wished we wouldnt have had to ask for several items.

It was clean, updated and with nice amenities. Unfortunately, I did not have time to check out the gym. Great Nespresso style coffeemaker.
The only small glitch was that the water pressure is not good in the shower. That is likely a building problem more than the apartment.

Location. It doesn’t get any better
Not always easy to access help. Called the number given to have valet to bring our car out. That line was continuously busy at 7:30. Went to lobby and called that person. Luckily valet guy answered the phone

Great location 👍
Great to have washer /dryer 👍 super useful when travelling.
Great apartment size 👍
The communal areas were dirty (lifts).
The front desk staff were basic in customer service, not really engaging.
Bedrooms had no windows, so no natural light.
The kitchen equipment eg. Cutlery was lacking for 4 people.

"La suite est assez grande, plus que sur les photos. La mezzanine est grande donc bénéficie d'une certaine intimité même quand des gens sont au dessous dans la cuisine ou le salon. La cuisine est bien ..."
