The area is very quiet and safe. I had no problem walking around at night or even very early in the morning. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center, so you need to take the 16A bus and then the metro, but it takes around 30 minutes and it’s quite straightforward.
The place itself was very quiet, so it was easy to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, I didn’t have any major problems, except for the Wi-Fi, which barely worked in the room I stayed in, at least. I suppose communication is always the most challenging part, but that was mainly due to the language barrier, which is understandable.
