Beautiful property, great location. Check is was informative and so helpful for suggestions and showing us the space. Apt could have used more pans and some staples for cooking: olive oil, salt, pepper. Other than that perfect!

Location, location, location. This apartment has a perfect location. Within walking distance of Plaça de Catalunya. Two minute walk to a Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and the Born.
The apartment is ample and clean. Full of character. It has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay.
Oscar was the perfect host. Very accommodating to our needs. Responded quickly to our communications.
The building has an elevator which is a plus.
We highly recommend it.
One of the beds was too soft for my taste, but the sofa bed in the living room made up for it.

Great host and location. The living room was very beautiful.
Unfortunately the living room couch was not comfortable and no other chairs to relax in. Also it would be nice to have a coffee table for putting drinks on. We reserved for three adults and had bedding for two beds. Nothing for the person sleeping on the couch.
