We pick a house near beach every summer. This was the BEST. It had everything you needed especially in the kitchen. It was so clean and the two outdoor showers with hot water was absolutely perfect. You need water shoes at beach but at low tide it is awesome for kids to walk out. Clamming near jetti was fun for kids. We brought our paddle boards and it was so peaceful. The house is perfect for families with two separate sides. We appreciated the sound machines too. T h e decor was so nice and towels very soft. Everyone said beds were comfortable. Liz was very responsive and we can't wait to come back.

Outward appearance of the house is well kept. Host is very responsive which we appreciated. The one side of the house did not have a dishwasher or full size washer/dryer however the other side had both. Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Refrigerators did not feel cold until we turned them up. Very noisy stairs. One of the spindles popped right off posing a hazard.The sunroom was a great room for our kids to play and hangout. The house was not cleaned to our satisfaction as the floors were very dirty (turned socks and paper towels brown the first day we were there). I messaged the host and she expressed that they have never run into that issue in the past. There was a moldy pizza left in the oven and a 1/2 eaten cake in the freezer that was not disposed of before we arrived. We had an issue with ants and earwigs and thus bought ant traps. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked however we had to turn it down to 66 in order for it to feel cool. If you do not put the air setting on “dry” then your room and everything in it will feel damp. The outdoor showers were great and the beach across the street was a nice perk however it’s not a beach that you’d really want to sit and play at as it’s mostly shells and rocks and there is very little space for people who do not live right on the beach. The state park was great, short drive, not overly crowded, only 15 to park for the day and facilities were well maintained.

This house is a fantastic choice for multiple families! It really does have six bedrooms with six high quality beds. No pull out couches here! The backyard is really amazing, it's huge and fantastic. We stayed here with 7 adults and 4 children under 5 and it was absolutely perfect for us. Highly recommended!

This was a great location- right by the beach- the house was super clean and well stocked. The backyard was a huge plus and our family enjoyed playing corn hole and relaxing out back.
