Newer, clean, great location.
LOVED the remote control room darkening shades!(See picture of 9:20 am)
We had a handicap room and it was huge.
Couldn't hook up our Firestick to the room TV (not a smart TV)and the choices on the menu sucked!

Welcomed with pleasant jazz, pleasant fragrance, attentive staff and super clean facilities. The bed was so comfortable!

We were there for a surgical procedure for a family member. The procedure started so early that we were unable to eat breakfast. However, the manager gave us several items the night before to hold us over. The staff there was extremely kind and considerate. We will stay there again we need a place to stay in Cumming.
I can't think of anything that was a negative.

My reservation was for a double queen suite with an additional living room with a sleeper sofa. All the double queen suites were given away and I only received a double queen room. This doesn't make sense as my reservation was made over a month ago. Why was my room not saved? They shouldn't have given away my room. They said since I didn't book thru the hotel and with a 3rd party, they could not give me anything to compensate. This is bad customer service and bad business.
