Excellent location, brilliant view, comfortable bed, clean modern kitchen and bathroom
The noise from the people upstairs. The sofa wasn't that comfy

A spacious, clean, well appointed apartment with great views. The non slip shower recess was a bonus.

Entry code to the building and then a lock box for the key at the apartment door. Very easy. Everything worked well.

Good location
Property requires lots of touch up painting jobs, lots of scuff marks etc so attention to detail needs looking at. The sofa is so small it’s impossible for 2 people to get comfy - strongly suggest you look at replacing with an L shape corner unit instead. Bedroom would benefit from a small television
