Maison située à Benalmádena Costa, à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour idéal : la plage, des restaurants, un supermarché, Puerto Marina, l'aquarium « Selwo Marina » et l'un des parcs les plus connus et les plus visités de toute la province de Málaga, « El Parque de la Paloma », entre autres.
La maison dispose de 3 chambres, de 2 salles de bains et d’une magnifique terrasse meublée de 100 m² où vous pourrez profiter du climat exceptionnel de la région, dîner en plein air ou simplement vous détendre et profiter du soleil sur les chaises longues. Elle est équipée d’un barbecue, d’une télévision avec Netflix et d’une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Great house. Clean, bedrooms are a good size and the toilets/bathrooms were modern and functioned properly. The roof terrace is absolutely great. We barbequed a few times and it was brilliant to be able to cook up there, have a few beers and relax. The walk to the marina and beyond (the busy part of town) was probably 15 minutes. Plenty close for us. I'd rather stay here in a great house with a 15 minute walk than right in town and give up the great house and roof terrace. We needed to get in touch with Marcos as we locked ourselves out and he got back to us quickly.Very good and would stay there again if going back to Benalmadena.

Marcos was a great host. He responded quickly to my questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. It is a short walk to the beach which has an excellent promenade. You can walk all the way to Torremolinos and back, about 10 km return. The Mercadona grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk, a few blocks straight up Palmeras. You can find everything you need there. There are several great restaurants along Palmeras as well.. The train station is about a 20 minute walk up the hill which connects Benalmadena to several towns along the Costa del Sol. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident the second day we were there. We left the key in the lock, took the other key with us and shut the door, not realizing the door wouldn't unlock with the key still in the inside lock. We didn't have our phones either so couldn't contact Marcos. Thankfully we found a neighbour who could speak English. She came to our rescue and called a locksmith for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this house is perfect…. Marcos was very helpful..He replied to queries immediately… The house is spotless.. comfortable and very well equipped.. location couldn’t be better… a short stroll to shops.. bars .. restaurants and beach… everything on the doorstep yet very quiet .. beds are super comfortable… rooftop terrace is amazing…. It’s huge … furniture very modern and comfy… would recommend this house to anyone and we’ll definitely be back soon…
