The property was in a great location. Quiet area of the lake. We were able to enjoy the week together as a family. Dock was perfectly suited for our boat rental and we truly enjoyed our time on the lake. House was the perfect size for our group. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. House was clean. Only thing we would recommend is more deck furniture to sit and enjoy the views outside and a new gas grill as the one on the property doesn’t function well and needs cleaning.

Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed being right on the lake! The house was plenty big and we enjoyed the sunroom a lot. The kids had a blast jumping off the dive platform and the boat slip was perfect for our pontoon. The lake wasn't too busy right near the house and we were able to take the kids tubing. We caught sunfish, bass, catfish and crappie right off the dock. We ended up with enough to do a fish fry one night! There were a few things around the property that could use some upgrades, but overall it was fine for us. We had a toilet leak but the host was quick to respond and send someone out to look at it right away. The hill from the dock to the house is a leg workout, so keep that in mind if elderly people are in your group. Also, I would recommend dropping your boat off wherever you're putting it in at before arriving to the house. The driveway is gravel and pretty steep, so we would not have been able to pull our big pontoon out if we had backed it in. We would definitely come back to this home for future vacations though!

kitchen was well stocked and clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at this lakefront property for a large family vacation. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a short (though somewhat steep) walk down a well-paved path to a private dock—perfect for enjoying the lake. One of our favorite features of the home was the screened-in sunroom. It became our go-to spot when we weren’t on the water, especially for watching sunsets or enjoying a peaceful moment during the rain. The home comfortably accommodated our large group and met our needs very well. It’s also pet-friendly, which we appreciated. However, just a heads-up for fellow pet owners: the yard is mostly rocky, which makes it a bit tricky for dogs to walk on.The gas grill on-site didn’t work well during our stay, but there is a charcoal grill available as a backup. Also, if you enjoy smoothies or frozen drinks, consider packing a blender, as the house didn’t have one. Other than that, the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to help us find a great local spot to rent a boat. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful setting—we’d happily return!
