Maison d'hôtes bohème moderne, proche des meilleurs endroits d'Austin

I would highly recommend this VRBO. Very conveniently located. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Great shower.Quiet. I will definitely try to stay there again when visiting Austin.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Modern Boho Guesthouse! The space was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The location is fantastic—having a convenience store right next door and a breakfast spot just across the street made everything so easy. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.The only things worth noting are a couple of details not mentioned in the listing. There is a separate rental unit above the lower level where I stayed. While the guests above me were respectful and not overly noisy, you can hear some movement and even the TV at night in the bedroom. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but I do think it would be helpful for the host to include this in the listing. Also, the outdoor space is shared between units.Additionally, I would recommend adding a curtain or blind to the long rectangular window in the bedroom. If you like to sleep in or prefer a darker room in the morning, the natural light could be an issue.Overall, this was a great stay, and I would definitely return—just a few small things to be aware of depending on your preferences!

This is a gem! Very clean. Close to everything! Pet friendly is a plus. Washer and dryer. Great communication with host. We’ll be back!

Wonderful location and great property to stay at!
