This property was a wonderful surprise. From the moment we stepped foot in the home we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is unbeatable in terms of peace and quiet but is a short drive or bike ride to the restaurants and shops at the Boardwalk and Sweetgrass. The community pool is clean, not crowded, and is just feet away from the home. Beach access is a bit of a walk, but manageable. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Property was very clean. Communication with Island Realty was excellent, they were very helpful and quick to respond. Homeowner needs to do a few things to improve the property for the price we are paying to rent. Refrigerator leaks, repairman mentioned that there have been many issues with it, was not resolved. Kitchen needs to be better stocked, no cutting board, few cooking essentials. Heating element out on dryer, fortunately, dryer was being replaced after we left for next occupant. Island Realty, Whitney, extremely helpful finding a solution for our laundry. Golf cart rental is allowed at this property but be aware that because there is no garage access, charging can be an issue. Matt, with IOP cart rental was great, able to charge the golf cart at night off the lower screen porch, parking the cart behind the rental in pine needles. One neighbor across the street had an issue with this after we had been doing this for over half the week. We assured her that it wasn’t parked in the grass and moved it during the day to a parking spot. Most rentals from what I can tell do allow garage access. We explained our issue with charging. She was rude and untruthful. Other neighbors were very friendly and had no issue with it. Our family did have a wonderful time together, again, the unit was very clean and very pretty. Just needs a few improvements again for the price you are paying. Thank you Island Realty, excellent customer service!

Lovely townhouse in wonderful Wild Dunes. Great view of the golf course. Easy access to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Living space is beautiful. Kitchen sufficiently stocked.Upstairs bedrooms and living space were very warm compared to lower level bedrooms. Living space could use fans for cooling. Difficult to find ocean access. Carpet in two bedrooms needs replacing. Lots of stains. Numerous dishwasher starter packs were provided but no starter washing machine pods were provided.

Location and house layout were good. The property's floors were filthy. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained, very dirty, and needed to be replaced. The check-in could have been much easier. It could have been done with a DocuSign document, and the house code could have been texted or emailed. Would not stay again unless the management company guaranteed cleanliness. This is the 2nd property that has been dirty with this management company.
