Location superb. Beds really comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Would like to come back for a longer stay.

Breakfast not included! Nice Kitchen across the road though! Extremely well appointed accommodation close to local village amenities including the beach and Aldeburgh for its local Southwold pint and fish n chips!
Sinks in bathroom need new washers to avoid water draining away quickly!

The house was so close to the beach.
The garden needs a little maintenance
