Da valutare abitabilità e sicurezza camera superiore in quanto scala molto piccola a chiocciola per salire(a malapena una persona normale senza valigia) spazio in altezza ridottissimo (alzando la testa da letto con poca attenzione si rischia di sbattere su muro).... Puo essere un appartamento comodo per 4 persone al massimo

Parking, quiet location with a walking distance to the sea and restaurants, kitchen is good enough for simple cooking. Very nice landlady who brought us small homemade gifts. Appartment exactly as in pictures but one thing (see below).

Parking is quite narrow and if all cars were there, it would have been very difficult to even get to the assigned lot with a regular family car. Though, if you have smaller car, it will be ok. Second bedroom has lowered ceiling (you can see that in the pictures here) and is reachable via steep and narrow spiral staircase (which is not clear from the pictures). If you have a bit grown-up kids, they would love it! But it is not comfortable adult couples, since the stairs up and down are a hassle and there are no doors, so upstairs no privacy 🤷🏻‍♀️. And even small mobility limitations will not allow you to get there, as well, so for older people it is not good neither. in general - this apartment is great for a couple or for family with kids (I would say above 5-6?). And not suitable for older people and more than 2 adults in general.
