Everything was perfect - the apartment is large, very clean and has everything needed for a stay there. The kitchen is equipoed much better than the average, towels are regularly replaced and the balcony is huge. The location is fantastic and the owner is very nice and helpful.

Wichtig: Alle Fenster mit Insektenschutz, auch die Terrassentür. Kostenlose Parkplätze im Hof. Unkompliziertes Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe; sehr netter Kontakt mit Kiki.

Ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre praktisch gewesen.

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages, as the beach is just a very short walk away and there are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so everything you might need is within easy reach. The apartment was also very clean and overall I had a pleasant stay.

The kitchen could have been a little better equipped for actually cooking, for example with a kitchen towel or a few additional basic items, although this wasn’t a major issue for a short stay. The sound insulation was also not the best, as you could hear quite a lot of what was happening in the building, including noise from the water pipes. The only thing that really bothered me was a misunderstanding regarding the cleaning service. During my stay, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and asked when I would be going out because she wanted to clean the apartment. Since there was some difficulty communicating in English, I simply agreed and assumed that this was part of the stay. I later noticed that an additional cleaning fee had been charged. I understand that this may simply have been a communication issue, but I would have appreciated being clearly informed beforehand that the cleaning was an optional service with an extra charge.

The apartment is an excellent location and if you have a car, you can be sure there is a plenty of parking space. It stands out for its great layout, cleanliness, spaciousness and brightness. The host is wonderful and highly responsive. I recommend.
