Great location by Lake Fork with beautiful view from upstairs living room . Huge house with option to use upstairs or downstairs kitchen . Well stocked cooking facilities. Plenty of bathrooms . Comfortable beds . Lots of entertainment and game options. Lovely fire-pit and outdoor seating . Great theatre room!
(There is an elevator from downstairs to upstairs listed, but was not functioning . )

There is so much room inside and out. Plenty of space to congregate, eat meals, and a comfortable bed for everyone!
Outdoors, the yard is well kept and spacious. The dock is also spacious and set up for great fishing. We caught catfish and blue gill off the dock with worms.
We had everything we needed and the owner was accommodating and responsive.

I loved everything about it. It has a theater room with karaoke room. The kids loved the zip line
The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t find the remote for tv upstairs. This was very minor.
