Could have had a welcome hamper.

the location is next to the golf course with a wilding medow emmediatly in front which was full of flowers and some dear. its away and very quiet you need a car to get to facilities but they are not far.
No gate key to the walk however one of the neighbours lent us theirs. the oven had oven trays which were dirty and had left overs. Probably cleaners over looked as its a busy time year, no big deal.
have to agree with a previous guest the TV is far to high up on the wall.
Worth telling guests the TV only works using a streaming service.

Location was ideal for us due to attending a wedding no more than a few minutes away. A very quiet location with beautiful rural view - saw deer, rabbits and birds of prey. Really friendly people living nearby - chatty. A spacious property with beautiful outdoor seating. Plentiful bathroom facilities including one ensuite.
Beds are not the most comfortable. Very creaky with even the smallest of movements.
Parking for the place was a little disappointing as it is situated away from the property but do understand that this cannot be helped - not meant to be a negative but just so others are aware.

Very comfortable beds. Spacious accommodation close to Falmouth in a quiet, peaceful location. Good parking.
The property needs some attention now. It is otherwise a good property. Some of the light bulbs needed replacing. The decking outside is soft in places. The bath leaked badly but someone did come out to fix this. The cleaning was adequate only.
