Location. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Spacious. Right next to the beach and very near a lovely cafe.
Nothing. Stairs could be a problem if you have heavy bags or mobility issues.

Very well appointed spacious flat, that oozed class.
I've stayed in apartments at the Rest in the past but none with such magnificent views to the sea.
No lifts, but that is a bit picky.
