The location was very central and extremely convenient, with the tram depot located close by, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and overall the property was a convenient place to stay.
The main downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room, which meant there was nowhere to keep drinks or other items cool. A small fridge would be a useful addition.

Great location in the heart of Graz. Beautiful and stylish interieur. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good air conditioning and quiet room. Nice bed also. Great for a relaxed stay for a few days.
More variety of veggies and fruits and more comfortable seats and tables for breakfast.
Coffee capsules and coffee machine in the room would be great.

Location right next to trams and buses is excellent - don’t get a front room, mine at the back was fine. Breakfasts simple and pleasant.
I’ve already complained to the hotel about one of the receptionists who was negative about my desire to get slacks drycleaned; the next morning I brought them down and a woman receptionist sent them off, no problem, for same day cleaning.
