We have been coming to this property for many years and are never disappointed. This particular condo was very nice and had a great view. We love The Sand Dollar and will come back again.

I had a wonderful time at the Sand Dollar penthouse. The view of the intercostal in the front and the beach in the back provided some epic sunrise/sunset views. Everything about the condo was above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is your place!!!

Our family of four spent a week here. It was great. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and perfect for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. Everything was as advertised. The beds were super comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were in good shape. We grilled out, played pickleball, enjoyed the pool and beach. The communication from David was just the right amount. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Good: The apartment was clean. It has large windows that overlook the ocean and beach, and several mornings we saw the dolphins out on the water while we were eating breakfast. It is a good place for a family. The beach is fairly clean and uncrowded, and the water is shallow a long way out, which makes the surf fairly gentle for kids. The building is well maintained and quiet. There is a swimming pool for each building in the complex and they are all well maintained and clean. If you have small children, you should pack a life jacket because the pool was not very shallow, I think it was 4-9 feet. They also have a jaunty gopher tortoise who lives on the dune.Bad: No salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, no plastic wrap, no spices etc. etc. Upon arrival you get, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of TP & enough coffee for one pot. The beach chairs and umbrellas were bad. Our mattress was okay, but the pillows were shot. None of the headboards are attached to the beds or the walls. They are just shoved between the mattress and the wall, and they bang around and tip over and make a ton of noise. We complained about ours, and the maintenance guy came and fixed it promptly, but later realized later that the other two beds were worse. There was nowhere to hang wet clothes (so we hung everything on the balcony chairs). The management company is giving starbucks gift cards for a good reviews (its not a 9.8).
