Perfect location with great views. Two bedrooms at ground level, one at the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of room for our family of 8 plus a dog. Being dog friendly, this made the cabin even better. We were impressed with the availability of kitchen utensils which were available and the kitchen/bathroom amenities that are normally few, but these were well stocked. The host was very communicative from the day of check-in until we checked-out. The hot tub and sauna was a plus for the kids. We did have one minor issue which was resolved within a couple hours. As mentioned in the cabin highlights, the driveway to the cabin is steep. Just be aware but was not an issue whilst we were there. Highly recommend this cabin and its location!

Overall we really enjoyed our time here! Upon arrival, the code we were provided for entry did not work. I reached out to the company. They were very friendly and apologetic, however it did take about 40-45 minutes to get sent a code that worked. You could tell the property was a little older as there were some cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay. The road and driveway up was windy, narrow, and steep. Not an issue, just want people to be aware to be prepared. The view from the balcony’s were really pretty and it was nice to have a hot tub and grill on the second floor balcony. It was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. At the bottom of the mountain there was even a lot to park and grab the tram to either town. Overall, it was a great property for our family vacation.

The cabin’s location was fantastic, and the views were absolutely incredible. However, we did experience an issue with the entrance code, as the one provided was incorrect. We had to contact customer service and wait for the issue to be resolved before we could access the cabin.Additionally, there was noticeable wear and tear throughout the cabin that should have been repaired. Considering the price of the cabin, I expected it to be in much better condition overall.

My group and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved all the game boards, the pool table, the bean bags, and the layout of the home was nice. The two rooms upstairs were the only issue. We had a problem with bugs in the two upstair rooms. There were tiny stink bug like bugs all over the upstairs two rooms. We did not have this issue on the first two floors luckily but our guest staying in those two rooms did have to bring out the vacuum all 3 nights we stayed there to suck up all the bugs they had killed before going to bed. Also, the code was incorrect getting into the home so we were delayed getting in the house for an hour while we were waiting to get a hold of someone.
