The view and location is top notch. There are plenty of beach chairs and surf boards to use. I would recommend having an umbrella beach service included in the price for convenience. That way you have a spot everyday. The place could use a little TLC. Sliding doors are hard to open. The all in one washer and dryer take forever to do one load. Both ovens the bottom doors were hanging on by a bolt. Overall the cleaning company needs to spend more time cleaning, I understand they are on a tight time frame, but need to not oveelook things. We found dirty towels on the back of bathroom doors and under the beds. There were paint cans and brushes sitting at the bottom of the staircase that could've beeen put in a closet. We would consider staying there again. Just wanting you to see this place as a guest perspective, not just the ones that are making the money. Spend some of the money you are making.

We had a great stay! The house is located right on a private beach! They have plenty of gear for the kids & every day beach set up! The house was stocked up with lots of towels, plenty of dish & laundry soap - and even shampoo, hand soap etc! They had everything you need your really just need groceries, you & your swimsuits! Would 10/10 recommend! We had 4 kids 5& under, we had trouble getting our baby gates to block off the stairs so we had to rearrange a little to keep the kids away from the stairs - The only downfall we had was we had bigger suvs so it was a tight squeeze for parking so we staggered our 2 cars so we could get in and out of them but we made it work other than that everything was wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had all of the amenities needed. Plenty of room too. We loved being directly on the beach. Also, our location was close to several eating places and shopping.

This was a nice get-away with friends-Sadly, the downstairs was a bit lack luster. The rug in the kitchenette area was filthy & needs replaced-The outside deck had rusty furniture that also needs replacement-Be aware the downstairs has no closet-It was extremely hot due to the window air conditioner that needs replacement. The bunk beds would prob fit a small child but not any adult-I would prefer a closet & the bunk beds out-Even if they put in a clothing rack would be nice to hang your clothes-I would suggest a hook on the bathroom door to hang clothes while showering. The bedding was nice, bed comfortableNow upstairs..I wish I had been upstairs. It seems they have updated it but not the downstairs. The kitchen was very nice & had all the amenities needed. The highlight was the bedroom with the attached balcony. it was lovely. I have to say the place was well stocked with everything that you need. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap. The parking is really a struggle-It is on a hill & very tight. It was difficult backing in since it is on the highway but that can't be changed.The decking on the bottom floor desperately needs replacement-Several boards are loose & a lot of screws need to be screwed back in. Wear your flip flops or you may get splinters or step on screws.The beach is beautiful and stunning at sunset.It is walking distance to Pompano Joes. I don't like writing a negative review I just want folks to see the cons as well as well as the pros.
