Was a great place loved it other than the upstairs got so hot during the day. But over all a great stay!

We just completed our second multi generational stay - another wonderful vacation was had by all! Very well stocked kitchen, deck/pool area very accommodating with outdoor seating & grills, loved the pool. The grandkids vote to go again!

Host was communicative and timely with responses. The villa was beautiful and a perfect spot for our seven sister reunion! We loved each having our own bedroom. We spent lots of time in the outdoor space and pool and enjoyed using the kayaks.

Primary problem is that the dishwasher was broken for half of our stay. We had 11 people in our group, we made a full dinner at the house our first night using the house's utensils and dishes for everyone to eat. At the end of the night we had the dishwasher loaded and started the washer only to have a terrible electrical burning smell arise. Immediately I reached out to the host to let them know, and to my surprise, they responded that they were already aware that the dishwasher wasn't working. Would have been nice for them to tell us before we used all those dishes and loaded them up. I get that sudden circumstances can occur beyond their control, but when I mentioned to the host that telling us about the issue before check-in and providing paper plates to use would have been kind, they provided no such courtesy. We ultimately went out and purchased paper plates for the rest of the trip. Also disappointed to have no control over the air conditioning settings. The thermostat is locked off with a sign to text them if we want them to change the temp. Texted them once but after it took over 12 hours to get a response we gave up on it. Cleanliness issues- pool had algae in it on arrival, hairs in sinks, rusty tub faucet, upstairs master bath sink wouldn't drain, etc. Lower bedroom the fan light globe had somehow been smashed, so just broken glass hanging over us while we slept. Overall slow and unhelpful responses from the host.
