Pros:
Great location, good value for money, and cosy, clean rooms with lovely Italian touches. The shared kitchen has a charming atmosphere, with tea and coffee available. Check-in instructions are clear and easy to follow.
Overall: I would recommend this accommodation for its location, reasonable price, and nice rooms. However, communication and soundproofing definitely need improvement.
Cons:
Almost no communication from the host despite several questions about breakfast, access, and payment. Drinking water shown in the photos was missing, and guests weren’t informed about the lack of hot water due to a plumbing issue. Very poor soundproofing made it difficult to fall asleep, as doors opening and closing sounded as if they were right next to my ear.

Handy for most things
Room description wasn’t as advertised on booking.com. As we arrived when dark, we couldn’t see a thing in the main hallway until another guest turned lights on which were on a timer that went off quickly. Outside our room there was an engine noise that ran all night.
