the location offers a stunning view of the bay. Sikamia beach is in walking distance. the new road offers very easy access even for regular 2WD cars. Space of the house is totally fine for up to six people.
there is only one remote for the gate, which can be a little inconvenient for a larger group. There is no button to operate the gate from inside. the bed in one of the rooms is quite small / not suitable for more than one person but the sofa bed in the main room upstairs is very useful/comfortable. one of the bedrooms is missing a closet/wardrobe. the inner doors did not close properly. A leaflet with up to date information about the wifi, operation of appliances, handling of garbage/recycling etc. would have been helpful.

Posizione fantastica, luogo tranquillo e a 5 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia più bella dell'isola
La strada sterrata non proprio ottimale ma necessaria per preservare i luoghi. Potrebbe essere sistemata un po' meglio. Primo supermercato utile a circa 25 minuti d'auto

Breathtaking view to the aegean, nice and clean house fully equipped with everything you need, easy to locate.
There was a dirt bumpy road of 10’ we were not informed about beforehand (only the day before we arrived) - we had a 7 month pregnant with us and this was difficult.
Master bedroom was amazing, but the other two - one had no a/c and in the other one the bed was not big enough for two.

The view was really nice, u could see the sunrise which was amazingly nice.
The size of the rooms is very good.
As for the kitchen amenities, everything needed was available.
We had 3 bedroom of which 2 with an air conditioner, and the third one had only a fan that is useless.
The beds and cushions were not comfortable even the outdoor seats and couches in the living room.
There is also lots of dust coming from the road right next to the place so the outdoor area was very dusty.
We also missed on the greek hospitality as we did not meet the owner, we did not interact with anyone so if felt like more come pay and leave please.
