Very close to old town and beaches. Also close to hospital where my wife was being treated.
Nothing

Eccezionale tutto arredo compreso
I 2 bagni potevano essere separati da una parete, così non si vedono gli altri andare in bagno. O addirittura in camera direttamente.

Great location, perfectly equipped and clean.
Lack of aircondition in the bedrooms.

Modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood, well equipped with everything you need. The city beaches are 15 - 20 minutes walk away, the center is 3 bus stops away, 25 minutes walk away. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and not, as in most cases, one of them is just a toilet, which is an undeniable convenience.
It would be good to somehow isolate the shower in the large bathroom so that the entire room wouldn't get wet. But this can't be called a problem. It is much more important that the entire apartment is clean and well maintained.
