The property was perfect, and location was ideal. The host was extremely communicative. I was surprised there was no stove, but when I reread the description, it never said it had one. The only slight issue we had was with the parking. When entering the driveway, the house on the right had 3-4 cars golf cart, which made it hard to drive back to our location. Additionally, the house behind ours had 2-3 cars plus golf cart, which with our 2 cars, it made it challenging to get in and out. If all locations only had 2 vehicles, it would have been fine. The home itself was beautifully done and was spacious, and the very short walk to the beautiful beach was perfect.

Had a great experience at this location. It was clean, nice decor, pet friendly and had a pool. Host was really attentive.

This place was very nice and I loved the location, easy walk to the beach and shopping, yet quiet enough to enjoy the outdoor pool area. The owner was very attentive and answered all my messages quickly.

First of all, the property is newly renovated and very nice. While not in the best neighborhood, it is walkable to the beach with a private pool shared by the other two units. Check in was a nightmare. We received the code to access the property 4 minutes before check in. We were still two hours away because we didn't want to head there without the access code. We came to learn the host was travelling internationally and thus, unreachable during check in day. I spent the entire afternoon on the phone with VRBO about what we could do if we never got the sign in and how we couldn't reach the owner. We even began looking at other bookings. The code was to come 24 hours prior to check in but unsurprisingly, did not while the owner was in Europe. When I described to the owner the difficulties and stress it caused on check in day, I was told "technology doesn't always go as planned." A flippant response that is even more frustrating since this all could have been avoided by letting us know she would be unreachable and providing the access code to the local property manager (a very nice and helpful lady who we first learned about at 3:56 pm on check in day, just after getting our access code). There was no other communication from the owner during our stay following the check in debacle. Lastly, bring more toilet paper because you only get two rolls.
