An exceptional stay just a 2-minute walk from the Haram! The entire team provided top-tier service from start to finish. We had originally booked a city view room which wasn't available the first night. Fortunately the team upgraded us to a more spacious room with a city view and extra space, including an extra bed. We stayed on the second floor, which was a huge advantage because we could easily use the stairs when elevators got crowded during salah times.
A special mention to Mr Khan who delivered a 10/10 cleaning service. He kept our room spotless, surprised us with lovely towel art, boxes of dates and always greeted us with a warm smile. When we fell unwell during our stay, he went above and beyond by arranging a wheelchair. Truly heartfelt hospitality - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
Busy elevators but this was expected

The hotel is located at an ideal location and it's just 3 mins walk to Masjid. The hotel is very closely located and is surrounded by all good restaurants and on walking distance of major ziayarat.
The lift is over crowded and many times took a lot of time to get inside a lift especially during prayer timings.
