The second bedroom, on the fourth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a single sink. The third bedroom, on the fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink. The fourth bedroom, on the fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, tub and a double sink.

This residence also has a full kitchen, pool table, patio, fireplace, sofa sleeper, private hot tub, single car garage, DVD player and grill.
