Appartement à Chula Vista (3 chambres, 3 salles de bains) avec des billets GRATUITS pour le parc aquatique

Great place to stay. We enjoyed our trip with 6 kids ages 8 months to 15!

It was nice to be able to send a text to the front desk for items we needed. They were very accommodating.

I had so much fun with my family at this rental! The condo was wonderful communication with the owner was fantastic. I knew all the info I needed well before check in day. The pricing was better than my club discount that I have with Chula Vista. For sure could not pass up this deal.

We stayed at Chula Vista over the 4th of July, and while the kids had fun, the overall experience did not justify the 550 per night price tag. The property feels much more like a basic hotel attached to a water park than a true resort or condo-style stay. Staffing and operations seemed to be a real issue as there was no one manning the condo front desk, the elevator was broke, and checkout was chaotic with no carts available for luggage since guests hoard them in their rooms. For the price, the condo amenities were very underwhelming: no smart TV or ability to stream Netflix, no games or cards in the room, and no welcome booklet with basic information like Wi-Fi, restaurant hours, or resort activities. We also tried calling Kilbourn City Grill to place an order, but no one answered, and their link on the website was broken. The zip line was never staffed once during our four-day stay, and having only one bartender working for the 4th of July fireworks was inadequate for a holiday weekend. Even small details felt cheap, like the thin water park towels. The positives were that the kids enjoyed the water park and arcade, the beds were comfortable, the appliances worked, and the text option for fresh towels and trash pickup was convenient. The location is also close to downtown Dells, which was a plus. Overall, Chula Vista feels overpriced and under managed, you’re paying for the water park, not a polished resort experience.
