Formosa Bay

It was extremely clean, and everything that we needed was in the room. The gardens and facilities were great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The heated pool was not functioning properly, however they did inform us about it before out stay. We stayed for one night and had to pay R100 to use the pools and facilities so it is not included which is not great.

The rooms were extremely clean and smells nice. Modern furniture, very beautiful place. The staff was also very friendly

Nice play room, we stayed in a nice 2 bedrooms apartment with a nice and spacious patio.

There is no kids club! They just have an app where you can use your phone to scan qrcodes around the facility. Pools are smaller than expected but more importantly are very very dirty. In a 120cm depth you can’t even see the bottom. The surface is also very dirty. We stayed in January so no rain, they just throw a filter in with chlorine. Staff could be more welcoming, our first time in South Africa and we asked some info about activities around they just told us to read the info pack in the room.
