Ana is a friendly and very responsive host. Great location in the bus station. Interspar supermarket is just opposite the road. Easy check in process. Walkable distance to the old town.
Surprisingly there is no noise although it is in a bus station.
The room is not big but great for one night transfer. There is no lift so you may have issues with big luggage.

All staff are gentle and friendly.
Its location was good for sure but when it came to sleep over turned a total nightmare. Pubs just down the place are up until morning with drunk, shouting and screaming people. If your priority is a good sleep rather than the location you can skip this place. Also the extra pillows in the wardrobe were bloodstained.
