Good location, apartment a good size. Beds and settees are comfortable. Owner responded immediately to queries. Very grateful to being able to stay on departure day for an extra 2 hours until our train departed.
The bottom of the stairs was dark, sensor light only came on when on the stairs. Would have liked a hand rail on the wall alongside the stairs.
2 smoke detectors were dismantled.

This is our second stay, we loved it so much the first time we had to come back. Perfect location, done to a high standard and great amenities in the apartment. Willy was super fast to respond to any inquiries.

Great central location, cosy and comfortable for a single traveller or couple. Bed especially comfy! Compact kitchen area with everything I needed, and a nice walk-in shower in the bathroom.
A couple of the bathroom fittings could do with some attention, but perfectly usable. Although I didn't need to use the washing machine or cooker, it might have been helpful to have some instructions for appliances.

Recliner lounges are comfy and a bonus.
Kitchen wasn't clean on arrival.
We had booked downstairs flat, upgraded to balcony flat, thank you. However, oven, fridge, washing machine & microwave had not been cleaned. Contacted the Owner who responded promptly. The cleaner came the next day to rectify.
We did not find thebeds or pillows comfy.
