Definitely among the best hotel we could have found in Munnar.
So many good things to mention:
- the staff’s attitude and hospitality
- the food was simply outstanding
- the location of the resort itself is worth everything
- the views from the pools

Great Stay experience
Property doesn’t have much outdoor spaces to roam around.

Good View. Some staffs were good. Breakfast was good.
No valet parking. When I booked through booking.com, immediately they send a message to pay advance amount for reserving the room. After I paid the advance payment, they mistakenly debited once again payment before checkin day. At the time of checkout, they made additional payment for washing the bed sheet. First time in life, I had this bad experience. Really poor. Otherwise good.
