Location is good, very close to Pondy bazaar road

Stains found on pillow covers and bed sheets

Location was great, close to pondybazaar and other shopping locations. Room was large and staff were helpful. Breakfast was provided

Could have been a bit cleaner. Especially the bathroom

I don't like taxy fee (cab services in airport ). It's very expensive airport to hotel,

1. Reception staff: We really appreciated the friendly behaviour, courteous demeanour and warm interactions of the reception staff throughout our stay. 2. Safety and security: Having staff available at the front desk around the clock gave us a reassuring sense of safety and security during our stay. 3. Room service: Ashok, our room service attendant, was particularly attentive, courteous and prompt in responding to our needs. We sincerely appreciated his excellent service. 4. Hot water supply: The continuous availability of hot water around the clock was another positive aspect of our stay and greatly added to our comfort.

1. Room access keys: Providing only one access key when two people share a room is quite inconvenient and impractical. It would be greatly appreciated if two keys could be provided as standard. I would appreciate understanding why Pebbles cannot adopt the same practice. 2. Air conditioning: The air conditioning often struggles to maintain the desired room temperature, affecting overall comfort. 3. Microwave facility: Having a microwave available in the common dining area would be a convenient and welcome addition for guests. 4. Bath and bed linen: The cleanliness of the bath and bed linen needs improvement to ensure guests are provided with clean and hygienic linen. 5. Room rubbish collection: Room rubbish is not always cleared promptly, and more timely attention to this would improve the overall cleanliness of the accommodation. I hope these comments will be received constructively, as addressing these concerns would go a long way towards improving the guest experience at Pebbles.
