Villa della Pigna is located a short distance from the enchanting village of Scopello and the ancient Tonnara with its Faraglioni. The villa is an excellent match between modernity and tradition. The big ceramic pinecone from Caltagirone town gives the name to the villa.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi internet. The villa is built on 3 floors, furnished with taste and attention to every smallest detail.
On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen-living room with sofa and sat TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with two washbasins and shower and a laundry area.
On the basement floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a relaxation area with a sofa, mini fridge and TV. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is an elegant sea-view suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
