Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs

Very good for family, good breakfast but no markers on the food items, had to ask if items contain dairy, meat, eggs etc, Clean rooms, good amenities, we missed microwave for kids milk as the cafeteria was very far away, very scenic surrounded by tall mountains, close to all good eating places and hot springs. Parking was tight and limited, Overall recommended stay.

Stayed at River View Lodge — unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms had a strong musty smell, likely because of the carpet and the lack of sunlight/airflow into the rooms, which made it feel like they never fully dried out. The pool and hot spring tubs were definitely the highlight of the hotel. If you do decide to stay, I’d recommend requesting a room closer to the pool area. We also had several issues with the staff due to being given incorrect information multiple times, and the mistakes were not handled well afterward. It may have been a training issue, but it resulted in us having to repeatedly go back and forth to the front desk over simple things like food orders and breakfast check-in. Better communication and staff training would make a big difference so guests don’t have to spend their time resolving avoidable issues. Would rate a 3/5 breakfast, cleanliness, and staff. 5/5 pool & tub.

the hot springs elevated our stay surrounded by the majestic mountains with the restaurant and breakfast choices it was a one stop place parking was a challenge

Fantastic stay..
