Bay Gardens Hotel

We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, housekeeping did an excellent job every morning, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every morning. The Sunday dinner buffet was also very good, and we really enjoyed the Thursday and Saturday karaoke nights. Our only disappointment was the lunch. We ordered three burgers, and unfortunately they were inedible. They tasted very undercooked and ended up being a waste of about $60 USD. The biggest concern was that my husband, our two boys, and I all ended up with numerous insect bites during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and while they said someone would spray the room, there wasn't much follow-up. We understand we're in the Caribbean and expected the occasional mosquito, but the number of bites we all received seemed excessive. Overall, I'd still rate this hotel 9/10. The excellent service, cleanliness, and outstanding breakfast made for a very enjoyable vacation.

We stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel in June for our high school reunion class trip—a fun getaway to reconnect and create new memories. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food, rooms, and entertainment were all excellent. I also loved that we could visit the other Bay Gardens properties simply by showing our wristbands, which made the experience even better. Overall, everyone in our group had an amazing time. I would definitely stay at Bay Gardens Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Lucia.
