Coco Hotel

Hotel was beautiful, courtyard style was very fun, however the noise carries up the building and amplifies it into the rooms. There was no AC or fans of any type, so on the few hot days we stayed it was either get accosted by noise, or sweat in a stagnant room. Unfortunately this is not a summertime hotel, or at least not in its current state.

Coco Hotel is a lovely, spotless property with top-tier service. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful; during a summer heatwave, they even kindly provided us with just an empty duvet cover instead of the heavy duvet to help us stay cool. Housekeeping was also fantastic—we returned every afternoon to a room that felt brand new. The Vesterbro location is perfect, close to the metro and great local cafes. However, our sleep quality took a massive hit. The hotel does not have AC, and we stayed in a 4th-floor Superior Double during a heatwave while loud Danish graduation party trucks were parading the streets all week. We had to choose between a hot room or intense street noise, making earplugs a total necessity. Lastly, the à la carte breakfast was a bit underwhelming - should have probably opted for buffet. However there were great outside options for breakfast nearby. It's a great hotel with wonderful staff, but be prepared if booking in late June!

The staff are nice and the room is clean. I liked the ambiance and aesthetic. I was fortunate that the weather at the time was still tolerable without AC/fan. Not sure if this hotel provides electric fan when needed. The room was situated at the first floor facing the courtyard. I'm a late sleeper so I was not too bothered with the noise from the courtyard. If you are noise sensitive, you may want to avoid the courtyard facing room. The hotel is close to some restaurants. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the central station.

Lovely hotel, clean boutique hotel. We would definitely return. Location is perfect and staff are very friendly. We rented bikes from hotel and explored the city that way, would recommend. Close to really good coffee shops and restaurants.
