Balfour Miami Beach, a Registry Collection Hotel

Property well located. Very clean and staff very polite and helpful. Hallways would benefit with an upgrade as look a bit tired. Rooms very small, bathrooms tiny. Had to close curtains in our room to get changed as overlooked by adjoining buildings. Not much hanging room for clothes. 1 wardrobe with only short hanging area inside. Would be better to just have a clothes rail to hang longer garments.

This is the cutest little hotel! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants in walking distance. The rooftop views were perfect for viewing fireworks on our 4th of July visit! We reserved a room with two queen beds for my husband, my daughter and myself. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. This suite had one king bed and in a different room a pull out couch-not two queens but we could make it work. The room was under prepared. First-only one towel which seemed odd-so downstairs i went for more towels. Then I pulled out the sofa bed and there were no sheets on it, nor were there extra sheets, blanket, or pillow anywhere in the room-so downstairs I went again for sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. There was a ceiling fan in the room which was nice, but the thermostat was locked and felt like 73/74 which felt stuffy on a hot july day. Also, with the sofa bed pulled out there was no space for anything in that room. I had to move a coffee table and my daughter's luggage out of the room in order to pull the bed out. Overall it was a very cute hotel and the people were very nice but fell short in a few areas.

Very nice vibe could use some extra cleaning on the floors and a few sheets had what looked like blood stains and no not from bed bugs was definitely a big spot under the sheets and even on the bed .

Thanx for the service t
