Rooms are a bit on the small size but adequate for myself and wife and 4 bags. The restaurant was available for lunch and dinner and was truly excellent. The breakfast was decent but not special. The staff was excellent. One negative was the shower - it was clean and modern and fully functional however the shower water temperature was not steady - it would with no warning change from comfortable to freezing cold to scalding hot in seconds. Made showering an unwanted adventure.

An overall excellent experience; the front frack, the room, the restaurant, the quality of served dinner and breakfast.
One thing maybe to enhance: the breakfast coffee served in the morning, for me; there’s better in Switzerland.

This is our eighth Swiss hotel and it’s the best yet. The bathroom, particularly the shower tube, is well-designed and incredibly comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
