Hosts: Andy and Bernie were the best hosts. Super helpful. They made our visit.
The room: a bit small but very clean and furnished well. Shower had excellent water pressure.
Amenities: Good breakfast, snacks available and light meals for sale. Lounge was a great place for my Dad to hang out during the world cup to watch matches
Parking: Andy is helpful if you need to find a space. Street parking is free after Saturday 2pm to 8am on Monday.
Location: The surrounding area is run down but there is a big B&M 8 minutes up the road, the B&B sells lots of snacks. St. Chads Tram is 3 minutes away. A big Spoons the Velvet Coaster is 15 minute walk away. This is good option for any festivals nearby. Would stay here again

The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Always on hand to help.
The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast, food, snack and drinks available were great.
Would absolutely go again and recommend.

Well what can I say about the Rock Dean Hotel apart from 5⭐️!!! Andy and Bernie where absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us, they even kept our daughter’s medicine in there fridge and put our ice packs in there freezer every night 😊 The breakfast was amazing and the rooms so clean. We will definitely be staying at the Rock Dean Hotel on our next stay in Blackpool. Thanks again to Andy and Bernie for looking after us and we’ll see you again soon 😊
