Had a great time in the lounge bar. Left my husband there until midnight drinking and telling stories with owner John. The walled garden is beautiful and the views just amazing. Our room was large and comfy with amazing views. Great hospitality.

What an enchanting place with so much charm, heart and history. Walking the walled garden, sitting in the drawing room while having a couple of drinks from the bar and chatting with the owner, were our favourite things. A delicious breakfast before we left in the morning topped off a great experience.
This is the type of charm you don’t find in big corporate hotels.

All round lovely property, great host John. This property used to have a very good restaurant but not and that’s the only thing missing otherwise pretty good and relaxing.
