Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo - Shinjuku

Really good experience. The stafff was accommodating. Location was central to many businesses and train stations.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff, smooth check in and check out. Had a great 7 day stay.

Our room had a full Sauna in it and the bathroom had the toilet that was seperate from shower and bath. Received energy and B12 drinks daily as well as bottle water. Free pajamas and toiletries available the entire stay. We were close to everything. I loved the hotel.

My boyfriend and I ended our Japan trip in Tokyo and we had a nice time staying at Villa Fontaine. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. We arrived to Tokyo very early on our check-in date and they were kind enough to let us leave our stuff at the hotel until check-in. I liked that they had amenities/supplies & pajamas on the first floor. They also loaned umbrellas for day use. I really appreciate that they had an exchange rate machine on the first floor at reception, which came in handy a number of times. By the end of our trip, we wanted to keep exploring and I had no time to do laundry. I asked the front desk if there was a laundry service and she even went out of her way to call to see if they could pick our clothes up. Unfortunately, the business was full, and we were recommended to go to a laundromat nearby. I had a really good experience going to the laundromat just up the street. It was quick and easy, unlike my experience at another hotel in Kyoto. It wasn't as close to the train station as I thought, at least a good 10 minute walk, and it's near their "redlight district", I suppose to call it. Regardless, I wouldn't mind staying here again and recommend to first-time travelers heading to Tokyo for a clean and decent sized room. Bed was comfy and we were given four pillows which I appreciate! Loved the complimentary drinks in our mini fridge and the housekeeping service was 10/10. Don Qui is only a block and a half away and 7/11 on same block.
