room wasnt ready despite late afternoon because the cleaner hadn't arrived. I had a choice , forget the shower and put my stuff away or wait 50 minutes. I didnt have that time. The door handles are falling off each side so I had to take my laptop with me to a restaurant as I didnt have faith anyone could be stopped if they wanted to get in. Inside the drawers it has stains etc etc Not great to be honest.

8 / 10

Clean room, comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, train station to get into Central London is 5 mins walk away, will definitely come here again.

The room is not anything like the pictures it is poor. Plaster off the walls carpet gone from sections of the floor. We left and found another hotel. SHOCKING don’t waste your money. There are bridges that are more comfortable underneath and you’ll find better service their too. Oh and a nasty mouldy smell too.
