I had a lot of fun here. It was close to the beach, and inexpensive, but this spot is NOT about the hotel, its about the location. There were a few times we had to push for clarification, like the instructions to get to the backup parking were funnily convoluted, and when we asked for clarification, the answer was it was just around back lol. Also, you will run into the other guests, who were all chill, down to earth people, chilling on the balcony, having fun in the pool.
The beach and boardwalk is barely a 5 minute walk, if that. Have fun in the sun with your stay at this place!

Despite a handful of negative comments we have read, our room was decent and as well as can be expected for the price paid of being one block from the beach front. Little improvements could be done, but we did not have major complains for a one night stay.
Front desk personnel were cordial and nice

The room smelled like smoke, the sheets were dirty, the floor and surfaces were all dusty and dirty. No toiletries in the bathroom. Very limited parking and got blocked into the parking spot.
