Avis et évaluations
10 / 10Remarquable·juill. 2026
I stayed here because of an early morning medical appointment at the VA hospital.
I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was small, but more than adiquate for a short stay for one or two people. The room was very clean, well maintained. The entire hotel exhibited the care that extended from the guests to the building itself.

Very nice customer service. The room was clean but the building needs some upkeep. The hallway that went to my room near the stairs had pieces of carpet to cover the floor that I tripped on. There were cleaning supplies and items that should be in storage or hidden that was unsightly. But hey, it was a very fair price and the room was clean

It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc.
Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away.
It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.
