My check in was seamless and the room was spacious, clean and modern with central air conditioning. The location is not the best. It's a good 15 minute walk from Varanasi Junction station and it's too far to walk to the ghats. The hotel is on a busy road so noise can be an issue for some people (my room was right at the back away from the street and there's still traffic noise). On the plus side, there modern shops and shopping centres nearby. Staff tried to help but were not really that helpful. There are minor issues with the room itself such as wifi connection issues, issues with erratic water for shower (including hot water which I didn't get until my final day of stay) and two of the bathroom lights were not out. Also, air conditioning is central so there's only two settings - on and off. For me, it get too cold to leave it on all the time so I had to temporarily turn it off to warm up the room. Considering the number of similar priced hotels in Varanasi, I really can't recommend this as the first choice, unless the above mentioned issues have been addressed. It has potentials but it just needs a bit of attention.
