Love this place and love the access to the State Park within walking distance. The bed, pillows and the whirlpool bathtub are wonderful! There are a few maintenance issues though. The door knob on the front door was loose. The fixtures in the kitchen sink and bathroom were loose.

The location was great, right across street to Blanco state Park. We walked in the mornings before anyone arrived, it was peaceful. Coffee was great. Room was clean. Lots of towels. Downtown was a few blocks away, within walking distance.

Staying at the Blanco Riverside Cottages & RV was a wonderful experience. The check-in and room code for the door was all handled via email. We also had access to the Blanco State Park from our courtyard area. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and our stay was extremely quiet; we saw other guests, but never heard a sound from anyone. Our villa was huge and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. We will definitely stay again if they have a room available for our next trip back.

8 / 10

Cute villa perfect for weekend stay in hill country. Close to many small towns with wineries and shopping. Perfect for couple.

Beautiful sitting space on the porch overlooking Blanco state park. Loved the little library out front. Thumbs up on the designated parking space. Comfy bed. Quiet area.
