The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice.
For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value.
Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8

Located in a quiet street just a short walk from the railway station, the beach, and the town.
Check-in was simple and efficient, with probably one of the friendliest and welcoming greetings I've ever had.
The single room is nice (I had to move, thanks to a very loud, foul mouthed, and extremely selfish guest in the room above), but the double is absolutely wonderful! Very spacious, well appointed, beautifully quiet, and exceptionally clean.
If I'm ever back in Skegness, I wouldn't hesitate to re-book here. Highly recommended.
