Very friendly and helpful staff. The space in apartment was exceptional. Rooms are on a courtyard so sound reverberates, but that's city living. Love the location with easy access to fun cafes and shops. Seems to be very family friendly. Would book again!

Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was amazing. The rooms, bathrooms living room and kitchen were all clean. The heater in the second bedroom didnt work but had heat it the living room that worked well and an extra blanket. The washer/dryer stopped working and left our clothes wet which was not good. They provided a bag to put them in.

Amazing stay at Residence Bergere with our 2 kids.

Great location and space. I’m not sure why but when I made the booking for my family, it underestimated the final cost because of my children’s ages. I had to pay extra to compensate for the difference when I arrived at the hotel. Otherwise though was a very pleasant experience.
